Odd Quality Stellar Bubbler

We have this Stellar Bubbler on sale. The total height was shorter then we wanted to to be, and there was a smaller water mark in the neck. Neither of these effect the function or durability. Because of these imperfections the piece is heavily Discounted! Happy Smoking!
