ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do insure all our pieces during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos of the damaged glass and box. Don’t throw anything away (box, wrapping materials, etc.) unless instructed by us. The replacement order will be processed as soon as we receive all the necessary information.
