What is your shipping policy?

Shipping rates are calculated on both the cart and checkout pages. We ship items separately to prevent in-box breakage. Insurance is included in the shipping rate. We will email you with your tacking number as soon as your order is completed and shipped.

Complex items or multiple items may take a bit more time. We want you to be able to enjoy your purchase as soon as possible and will keep you informed about the production of your item. Different pieces require different production times.

We have very high production standards, that means we need to make sure each piece is perfect. If the piece is in stock, the piece will ship in 2-3 days. If the piece is not in stock, it usually takes around 3-4 weeks to make and complete an order. We want to make sure you have a piece you can appreciate for years.

We use discreet (plain brown) packaging for all of our orders. We are identified as “Sky Glass, Inc.” on our shipping labels. All Packages over $100 USD will require a Signature to help prevent theft. If your not available to sign for the package, it can be held at your nearest USPS/ UPS Facility.
