  • What is your Refund/Exchange Policy?

    ALL SALES ARE FINAL . We do insure all our pieces during shipping. If your order arrives damage, please get in contact with us, (541) 349-9518 or email us at skyglassinc@gmail.com, as soon as possible. We will require you to take some pictures of the glass as well as the box. Please don't throw anything away, including the box and wrapping materials. The replacement order will be processed as soon as we receive that information. 

    We encourage you to call us at (541)-349-9518 if you have any questions whatsoever about our policies. We want all of our customers to be customers for life. We will do everything we can to make sure you are happy with your piece!

  • How old do you have to be to purchase one of our pieces?

    All our our pieces are intended for adult use. You must be 21 year old or older to purchase one of our pieces.
  • What Payment Methods do you Accept?

    We accept all major Credit / Debit Cards. We also accept venmo and cash app. For Cashapp and Venmo payments, please contact us directly skyglassinc@gmail.com !
  • Do you offer payment plans?

    We absolutely do! We offer payment plans on all our pieces on our website threw Sizzel. For Custom pieces, usually we require a 50% Non- Refundable Deposit, and then give you up to 45 days to pay off the piece. If you fail to pay off the piece in the allotted time, it will result in loss of your deposit and piece.   • What is your Shipping and Delivery Policy?

    Shipping rates are calculated on both the Cart and Checkout pages. We ship items separately to prevent in-box breakage. Insurance is included in the shipping rate. We will  email you with your tacking number as soon as your order is completed and shipped. Complex items or multiple items may take a bit more time. We want you to be able to enjoy your purchase as soon as possible and will keep you informed about the production of your item. Different pieces require different production times.

    We have very high production standards, That means we need to make sure each piece is perfect. If the piece is in stock, the piece will ship in 2-3 days. If the piece is not in stock, it usually takes around 3-4 weeks to make and complete an order. We want to make sure you have a piece you can appreciate for years.

    We use discreet (plain brown) packaging for all of our orders. We are identified as “Sky Glass, Inc.” on our shipping labels.

    Our website only processes orders from the USA. We are able to process all international orders directly. Please contact skyglassinc@gmail.com, if your outside the United states and would like to purchase a piece.

  • How do I clean my glass?

    • Rinse bong and add 99% Isopropyl Alcohol and Sea salt
    • Shake the glass carefully then let sit
    • Empty and rinse with fresh water
    • To clean a bowl, stem, or other accessory, let it sit in 99% Isopropyl Alcohol and then rinse it well.
  • Are the sizes of your items exact?

    Each piece is handmade and sizes vary slightly. They will be very close in dimension to what's listed on the website, but because there hand made each piece is unique in its own way!
